Record side-on whenever possible
Keep the entire body visible from approach through follow-through
Ensure the full run-up, ball drop, contact and follow-through are in frame
Use stable footage with minimal shaking
Film in good lighting and avoid filming into the sun
Slow motion footage is recommended if available
Only 1 video can be uploaded per purchase — choose your best-quality footage
Include footage that clearly shows natural kicking mechanics and ball contact
Ensure the contact point with the ball is clearly visible
